Absalon Hotel

Cute decor- neat bar off of lobby. Great buffet breakfast. Soundproof rooms, thick curtains, big bathroom. Nice courtyard. They rent bikes but Booking didn’t say this. Friendly staff. My son liked the gym.

Friendly welcome and efficient check-in Good buffet breakfast with some hot food (sausages, scrambled egg, pancakes, boiled eggs), fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal, breads , meat, cheeses, fruit juice and pots of coffee on the table Bar and lounge area very pleasant Room was comfortable and reasonable size and had a clean modern bathroom. Did have air con but didn't seem to be on and wasn't really need. Had a TV, fridge and kettle with cups, coffee, and teabags Great idea of the hotel where you can opt before 9:30 am to not have your room cleaned that day in exchange for DKR 100 bar voucher which we did for 2 of our 4 days. Well located for getting off the train after arriving the airport. Its only a very easy 15 min journey and costs about £3 each one way. Then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Also about a 10 minute walk to the town centre

The staff are amazing. The hotel couldn't be cleaner and there is a real eco ethos. The hotel rewards guests who chose not to have their rooms serviced daily. The room couldn't have been comfier or better equipped. We had a fridge, kitchentte, coffee machine, a clothes steamer, and comfy robes along with all the normal hotel amenities. Breakfast lovely (if a little repetitive). Something for everyone and well stocked. Nice bar and outdoor courtyard. Whilst the outside street can be noisy, heard nothing once the window was shut.... Air con if you are too warm so you don't really need the window open.

Located right by the central train station near the hip meat-packing district, this hotel was a great launchpad for exploring the city. Staff were knowledgable and friendly, and our room was a funky corner space with big windows and lots of light. We were happy to retreat back to the room after long days of walking around the city. Breakfast was good, although not as impressive as the breakfasts we'd just had in German hotels.

Spacious room on the first floor, with very comfortable beds and all amenities in place - iron with ironing table, kettle, cups, small fridge. Good continental breakfast with variety of tasty pastries available. You can also get a bonus for skipping the cleaning :) Also very helpful reception workers - they can help with restaurant reservations, suggest places around and help accessing the room after checkout if you forgot something :)
